Description

New Country Toyota of Westport is looking to develop top performing sales professionals who have a drive to meet their goals while maintaining the highest commitment to customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities of Automotive Sales:
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle that is a right fit for them.
Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer`s requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport.
Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; delivers automobile.
Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories and attend product and sales training as required
Maintain a prospect and owner follow up system that encourages repeat customers and referrals.
Requirements
Automotive Sales Qualifications:
Past sales experience, automotive experience is a plus.
Valid in-state driver’s license.
Professional personal appearance.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards.
